Hi there!

I’m an enterprise leader and consultant with a focus on marketing & growth. I'm also a husband, father of two beautiful children, and - despite the alarmingly formal domain name - generally go by Jake.

I have nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing, new team & process development, project management, digital transformation, strategy and large-scale technology procurement & implementation. Some of my key roles have included:

1. Co-founding two successful online businesses - helping clients ranging from doctors and local pottery businesses to 7-figure outdoor furniture concerns and a major Australian University.

2. Leading the digital function for Australia’s largest mail-order collectables business - I rebuilt their digital team and spearheaded their online marketing efforts, leading to growth from 1.4 to 5 million dollars annually, including approximately 2 million in new subscription revenue.

3. Managing the digital marketing function for the third largest cemeteries trust in Australia - I was the Digital Marketing (then Marketing Operations) Manager where I was a Product Owner for a major CRM/ERP/marketing platform upgrade, project manager for multiple major digital projects and built the digital marketing team responsible for comprehensive channel management with annual physical location visitation of more than 2 million and website visits north of a million.
